  • Clarendon Secondary School Open Mornings

    Published 28/09/23

At Clarendon Secondary School, we warmly invite all parents and guardians to join us for our upcoming open mornings in the 2025/26 academic year. These events provide a unique opportunity to get to know our school better and discover the unique environment we offer for your child's education.

Here are the dates for our Open Mornings:

    Spring Term

    Summer Term

    • Friday, 24th April 2026
    • Friday, 5th June 2026

During our Open Mornings, you'll have the opportunity to explore our school in small groups, guided by a dedicated member of our senior leadership team. This is your chance to explore our campus, classrooms, and facilities up close, gaining insights into the educational journey we provide for our students.

Following the tour, we invite you to a brief Q&A session. This is the perfect time to ask any questions or seek clarification on anything you may be curious about. We value your engagement and want to make sure you have all the information you need.

Please note that, due to the overwhelming interest we receive for visits, we are unable to accommodate parent visits outside of these designated Open Morning times. We understand that parking can be a concern, so please utilise metered parking available outside the school. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visitor parking on site due to limited space.

We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled starting time to ensure a smooth and informative visit.

We will make the registration link available for the next open morning on the day following the conclusion of the current one.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the Clarendon School experience with you. Your journey towards a deeper understanding of our school starts here.

  • CONSULTATION - Proposal to Merge with Coombe Academy Trust

    Published 20/10/25

The Auriga Academy Trust (AAT) Board has carefully considered the strategic future of our schools and has concluded that a merger to form a new Trust is in the best long-term interests of our pupils, staff, and communities.

After lengthy discussions Trustees have identified the Coombe Academy Trust as the right Trust to join with.

This proposal has been made to enhance educational provision and create broader opportunities across all our schools.

We are seeking your feedback on the proposed merger to ensure that we address key issues, mitigate potential challenges, and maximise the benefits as the two Trusts move forward together. Your insights will help us decide our next steps.

It is important to us that all Stakeholders have their voices heard and their questions answered.

The attached FAQs document, Unified Provision Charter and the feedback form include information we think will answer some of your queries. There are also some questions for you to respond to.

We welcome online feedback using this Form before the closing date of Monday 1 December 2025.
